Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Direct Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing tailored solar solutions, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions or provide product-related education to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in renewable energy, especially solar solutions, is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software is advantageous.
