Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Specialist, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Direct Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored product offerings. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, conducting product presentations, and meeting sales targets. They will also participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication, with strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience and foster long-term relationships
- Sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed targets, and a proven ability to identify customer needs
- Training-related experience, including participating in or conducting training sessions for team development
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in the retail or direct sales industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
