Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Direct Sales Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Promote Nogiz's software development, mobile app, web development, UI/UX, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-up discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales, B2B sales, field sales, or IT service sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Skills- Experience selling software development services, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
