Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Manager specializing in Hindi and Tamil, based in Chennai. The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading a team, coaching and motivating them, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to drive business growth in the health insurance sector. The role also requires preparing reports, tracking sales performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse customer segments
- Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Leadership and team management experience to motivate and guide a sales team
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry and awareness of current market trends is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
