Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of health insurance products to individuals and corporates
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives / advisors
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and territory plans
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and campaigns
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are met
