Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Indore, involves managing and driving the sales team to achieve performance targets. The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. The role also entails training and coaching team members to meet organizational goals. While the position requires a physical presence in Indore, opportunities for remote work will be provided as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Team Management and Training to guide, motivate, and develop the sales team effectively
- Strong Communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Expertise in Sales and Lead Generation to drive performance and achieve business targets
- Prior experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
