Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Direct Sales Manager based in Indore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Direct Sales Manager will lead and manage a team, focus on achieving sales targets through strategic lead generation, and build effective relationships with potential and existing clients. Key responsibilities include training and motivating the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and continuously monitoring team performance to ensure consistent growth. The Manager will also be responsible for guiding and empowering team members to meet the organization's objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead and mentor sales teams effectively.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders efficiently.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for improved performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
