Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Direct Sales Leader. The Direct Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance by building and mentoring a team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key tasks include managing client relationships, providing training to the sales team, implementing sales initiatives, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role requires fostering customer satisfaction and sustaining long-term client engagement to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven ability in driving Customer Satisfaction and managing client relationships
- Experience in Sales with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
- Capabilities in Training and mentoring a sales team to achieve high performance
- Solid understanding of the insurance industry and market trends is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
