Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai & Pune for a Direct Sales Executive. The responsibilities include engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting BranchX solutions to meet those needs. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and educating customers about the features and benefits of BranchX's products and services. A Direct Sales Executive will act as a trusted advisor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and achieving targets.
- Understanding of Finance and Insurance concepts to better guide customers in utilizing BranchX financial products.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support customer-focused sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Mumbai & Pune region as needed.
