Job Summary:
We are looking for a target-driven Direct Sales Associate (DSA) to support our growing financial products vertical. The role involves field-based client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with channel partners including banks.
Candidates with Medical Representative (MR) or similar field sales experience will be preferred due to their strong follow-up skills, territory handling, and relationship-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
· Identify potential clients and understand their financial needs.
· Present suitable financial solutions in a consultative and professional manner.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals, SMEs, and retail clients within the assigned territory.
· Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for lead generation, documentation support, and smooth processing of cases.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with bank partners to strengthen channel relationships.
· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain daily sales activity reports and pipeline updates.
· Work closely with internal operations teams for documentation and onboarding support.
· Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to management.
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in field sales (MR experience preferred).
· Strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Comfortable with field visits and regular travel within the city.
· Ability to coordinate with banks and external partners effectively.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented.
· Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage.
