Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Marketing professional based in Kozhikode. The role involves creating and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads and maximize customer acquisition. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, addressing inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be tasked with maintaining records and providing insights for process improvement to enhance customer-related offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
- Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
