Responsibilities
1.Work experience in DIPPING /COATING / textile process house industry. Thorough understanding of textile machinery and processes such as STENTER, dipping machine inspection machine/ packing machine.
2.Planning, organizing, departmental operations in shifts to meet production targets . Ensuring that established standard practices are followed in all the departmental operations
3.Responsible for job allocation in shifts, waste reduction, keeping equipment up-time (reducing time), follow-up with other departments for pending jobs and initiating corrective actions as appropriate. Monitoring operators’ performance for productivity, quality, and discipline .
4.Motivating operators . Ensuring harmonious inter departmental relations, labor-relations, employee-training, plant safety, and security.
5.Computer skills / reports preparation /Keeping records of production reports, and relevant documentation
6.Equipment cleanliness and departmental housekeeping
7.Conversant with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OSHAS/ ISO/TS 16949 system/ APQP requirements
8.Complaint analysis, Structured Problem-solving Skills
Qualifications
Diploma in Technical Chemistry/BSC/MSC
Work Experience - 2yrs+
