Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diploma Trainee Engineer at Himile Molds (India) Pvt. Ltd., based in Vadodara. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training while participating in manufacturing operations, quality control processes, and supporting technical operations. Additionally, they will assist in developing and maintaining machinery, performing troubleshooting tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- Technical aptitude in mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles
- Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup is an advantage
