Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dera Bassi for Diploma Students. The role involves active participation in engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and operational processes. Students will gain hands-on experience in understanding and supporting production workflows, assisting in technical tasks, and adhering to company quality and safety standards. Additionally, periodic reporting, equipment monitoring, and project involvement will be key responsibilities as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical or production engineering
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery
• Understanding of quality control techniques and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures accurately
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
• Graduate or pursuing a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
• Eager to learn with the ability to adapt to new challenges and a fast-paced work environment
