Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Shift Supervisor role based in Suryapet. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring that mechanical equipment operates efficiently, supervising maintenance routines, monitoring production systems, and performing inspections to uphold quality standards. The role includes coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolving any issues that may arise during the shift to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in the field
- Experience with Maintenance practices and Inspection procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for technical planning and design purposes
- Familiarity or experience with Automotive systems and their components
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Experience in a similar supervisory role is an advantage
