Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Chengalpattu for diploma and ITI holders in any trade. The role involves working in various areas of jewellery manufacturing, including machine operations, quality checks, and assisting in production processes. Responsibilities may include managing machinery, performing tasks according to production requirements, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance. Adherence to safety and operational protocols is essential, alongside contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- Hands-on technical skills related to manufacturing processes and machinery operations
- Basic understanding of quality inspection and tools
- Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines within a manufacturing unit
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively in a large-scale production environment
- ITI or Diploma in relevant trade, with experience in manufacturing or a related field being an advantage
- Commitment to continuous skill enhancement and adaptability to new technologies
- Prior experience in jewellery manufacturing or related industries is a plus
