Job Location: Mangalgiri, Andhra Pradesh
Nature of work: Online Medical Consultation and counselling (Over phone/Video consultation)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with valid registration with the State Medical Council / Indian Medical Council Registration as applicable.
Experience: 4-8 years / 10-12 years
Role Overview: The DiNC Doctor will provide technology-enabled tele-consultations through telephone and video, supporting patients in accessing healthcare services through the Digital Nerve Centre. The role involves clinical assessment, appropriate medical advice, digital documentation and coordination of care in accordance with approved clinical protocols and applicable guidelines. Key Responsibilities ➢ Provide online medical consultations through telephone and video to patients. ➢ Assess patients based on their symptoms, medical history, available reports and clinical information. ➢ Provide appropriate clinical advice and treatment recommendations within the scope of practice and applicable clinical protocols. ➢ Prescribe medicines, where clinically appropriate, in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulatory requirements. ➢ Identify patients requiring referral, escalation or further clinical evaluation and guide them appropriately. ➢ Ensure appropriate documentation of consultation findings, advice, prescriptions, referrals and follow-up requirements. ➢ Follow TMDL's approved clinical guidelines, SOPs and quality standards. Desired Skills s Competencies • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. • Good communication and patient-counselling skills. • Ability to work effectively in a structured, protocol-driven environment. • Willingness to work in a digital/telemedicine-enabled healthcare environment.
