Claims Administrator – Hazard Claims (Remote)
Do you have experience managing claims documentation and working directly with brokers and insurers? We're looking for an organized, detail-focused hazard claims professional to join our fully remote team.
Requirements:
- Background in hazard insurance, property preservation, bank-owned property, or mortgage claims required
- Experience working in a queue-based environment with production goals and turnaround times
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365
About the Role: You'll support a team of adjusters by keeping hazard claims moving through the process — reviewing claim files, gathering and verifying documentation, and communicating with brokers and insurers to ensure claims are ready for submission.
