The Role
As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while supporting the overall success of the kitchen.
- Execute with Precision: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain Quality & Consistency: Ensure every dish meets our standards for flavor, appearance, and portioning
- Support the Team: Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to maintain smooth kitchen operations during service
- Stay Organized: Set up and stock stations, ensuring all ingredients and tools are ready for service
- Uphold Cleanliness & Safety: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Adapt & Learn: Assist with new menu items and evolving concepts as Stillwater & Stone continues to grow
