Technical Enablement Specialist

You will be working with a diverse group of technical stakeholders, and commercial teams to provision, customize, and maintain software environments across a wide breadth of GRC solutions. This role will directly shape how our products are presented to key decision-makers and influence high-value sales deals. Key Responsibilities Provision demo environments for technical stakeholders, commercial teams and partners across a wide suite of SaaS solutions. Customization of demo environments with dashboards, dummy data, toolkits etc. relevant to required use-cases. Maintain and update environments in accordance with product releases and changes. Collaborate with product managers & technical teams to understand requirements. Create and maintain process documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise within demo environments. Required Experience/Skills: 2 years of relevant professional experience in a technical role with knowledge of software configuration, customization, and troubleshooting a plus. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and technical engineering. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
