Senior Product Designer

Diligent is looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive UX/UI design within our fast-moving product design team. As part of the broader UX department, you'll lead high-impact initiatives - balancing future-focused exploration with critical design efforts that extend beyond traditional product roadmaps. At Diligent, design is bold and thoughtful, shaping products trusted by leaders worldwide. You'll guide design direction, influence product strategy, and partner across teams to transform complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions that make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process end-to-end: from discovery and ideation to final handoff and iteration post-launch. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions. Translate research insights and business requirements into clear, usable, and visually compelling designs. Champion user-centred design and ethical AI integration within product teams and across the organization. Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools that support design research, prototyping, testing, and content generation. Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and collaborative sessions to align teams. Mentor and provide feedback to medior and junior designers. Actively contribute to design systems, processes, and team best practices.
