Diligent Tech Academy (Frontend)

Diligent Tech Academy is a unique collaboration between CodeCool, a renowned coding school, and Diligent, a leading governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS company. This partnership is designed to train the next generation of backend and frontend engineers, specifically for Diligent's rapidly growing teams. Who Should Apply? The Academy is designed for backend and frontend engineers with experience who are eager to deepen their knowledge and advance their careers. If you have a background in software development and a passion for coding, this program is for you. Required Experience/Skills: Degree in any field Fluent English knowledge Experience with React JavaScript and/or TypeScript knowledge Experience working with REST APIs Understanding of HTTP fundamentals Engagement in pet projects Familiarity with clean code principles Experience with version control systems (preferably Git) Familiarity with one or more of the following languages is a plus: Node.js, Java, C#, PHP, Python What Will You Learn? The Academy provides both theoretical and practical training tailored to Diligent's workflow and technology stack. Depending on your interest in the backend or frontend track, CodeCool instructors will guide you through TypeScript, SQL, Node.js, and React. Upon completion, top performers will be offered junior software engineer positions at Diligent, allowing you to continue learning and growing within a global company. Course start date: September 16 Course Format: Hybrid – combining in-person sessions with online learning. Course Schedule: The course is also designed for professionals with full-time jobs. Sessions are held twice a week from 16:00 to 20:00, and additional study materials are provided for independent review. Duration: 9 weeks Cost: If selected for the Academy, Diligent covers your tuition fee, making this a valuable opportunity to advance your skills at no cost.
