Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Digital Transformation / Enterprise Applications, based in Dadri. The role will involve leading the development and implementation of enterprise applications to drive digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and managing the integration of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of digital solutions and oversee the lifecycle of enterprise application projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing digital transformation projects and enterprise-level applications
- Strong skills in system integration, digital tools implementation, and process optimization
- Experience with IT systems, software development, and project management principles
- Strong team leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge in the water and wastewater management industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to meet tight deadlines
