Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant with strong experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Transformation, Process Mining, and Digital Transformation.
This is primarily a functional transformation consulting role, not a pure technical implementation or development role.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a functional Digital Transformation / Process Excellence Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise transformation programs.
Candidates from Big 3, Big 4, or large enterprise transformation teams will be strongly preferred. They should have worked in areas such as Process Excellence, Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Transformation Office, Shared Services, GBS, or Digital Transformation.
The candidate should have strong exposure to As-Is / To-Be process mapping, business process re-engineering, KPI improvement, value case development, transformation roadmaps, and automation opportunity assessment.
Exposure to SAP Signavio, Celonis, Process Mining, Task Mining, BPMN, workflow automation, or RPA will be highly preferred.
This is a functional consulting role, not a pure technical implementation or development role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client stakeholders to assess current-state business processes and identify transformation opportunities.
- Lead or support Process Excellence initiatives across business functions such as finance, procurement, supply chain, operations, customer experience, or shared services.
- Conduct As-Is / To-Be process mapping, process modelling, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and business process re-engineering.
- Use tools such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, or other Process Mining platforms to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
- Build value cases, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and opportunity pipelines linked to measurable business outcomes.
- Support digital transformation initiatives involving workflow automation, RPA, analytics, GenAI, Agentic AI, low-code platforms, or enterprise digital tools.
- Facilitate client workshops with business users, process owners, product teams, technology teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Define KPIs, process performance metrics, value tracking mechanisms, and value realisation plans.
- Prepare structured documentation including process maps, BRDs, FRS, user stories, gap assessments, impact analysis, and solution design inputs.
- Support implementation, UAT, change management, adoption, and post-implementation value tracking.
- Contribute to client proposals, transformation assets, presentations, and consulting deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, BPM, Process Mining, Automation-led Transformation, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
- Prior experience working in a Process Excellence team, Digital Transformation team, Business Excellence team, Operational Excellence team, Transformation Office, Shared Services, or GBS environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience with one or more of the following tools/areas: SAP Signavio, Celonis, Process Mining, Task Mining, BPM / BPMN, Process Intelligence, Workflow Automation, RPA.
- Strong understanding of As-Is/To-Be process design, process optimisation, operating models, process maturity assessments, and value stream mapping.
- Ability to analyse business KPIs, process metrics, operational data, and process gaps to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in business case development, value case creation, opportunity assessment, and value realisation tracking.
- Strong client-facing experience, including stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, requirement gathering, and executive-level documentation.
- Exposure to transformation projects across finance, procurement, supply chain, customer operations, shared services, or enterprise operations.
- Strong documentation and consulting skills, including process maps, BRDs, user stories, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and client presentations.
