Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Digital Transformation Consultant. The consultant will lead digital transformation initiatives by analyzing current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing practical solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to develop and implement strategies for process improvement, technology integration, and change management. Additionally, responsibilities include offering data-driven insights, aligning teams for successful transformation, and ensuring sustainable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation to drive adaptable and scalable changes.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in Consulting and a deep understanding of delivering actionable, client-focused strategies.
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, present ideas, and align stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage change and align teams within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Prior experience with process improvement and technology integration in business contexts is a plus.
