We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & Meta Ads (100% Remote)
Are you a results-obsessed paid media expert who loves turning data into profitable growth?
We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Performance Marketer to join our team and take full ownership of high-budget Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across global markets.
What You Will Own:
- Strategize, launch, and scale large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram, including Advantage+).
- Relentlessly optimize for lower CPA, higher ROAS, and better conversion rates.
- Build and improve high-converting funnels with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey analysis.
- Dive deep into performance data using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Meta Ads Manager to drive actionable insights.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and support SEO initiatives to complement paid efforts.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Deliver clear, data-backed reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven ability to manage significant ad budgets and consistently deliver excellent ROAS and profitable results (case studies are required).
- Expert knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign architecture.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex data.
- Experience in funnel optimization and CRO is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Traffic Growth Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to increase web traffic and engagement. - Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey insights, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize traffic growth initiatives.
- Effective Project Management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and ensure timely, successful execution.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the construction or BIM industry is a plus.
