ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Digital Strategy & Presentations Manager, you will own how our digital strategy is built, executed, and communicated. You'll be the person who not only drives performance across digital and paid media channels, but also translates that work into compelling narratives for senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital & Paid Media Strategy
* Develop and own integrated digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels
* Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Programmatic, and OTT — with clear KPIs and ROI accountability
* Work closely with media buying teams to optimize budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign performance
* Monitor trends in ad-tech, cookie-less targeting, and AI-powered campaign tools to keep strategies ahead of the curve
Content & Channel Strategy
* Design multi-channel content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
* Oversee content output across video, social, email, and emerging formats
* Use analytics to measure performance and iterate continuously for engagement and conversion
Presentations & Strategic Communication
* Create visually compelling, story-driven presentations for C-suite, clients, and board-level audiences
* Translate complex campaign data, strategies, and insights into clear, persuasive narratives
* Present confidently to internal leadership, agency partners, and external clients
* Own and set standards for all outgoing decks, pitch documents, and brand communication materials
* Act as the visual and strategic voice of the team in every high-stakes communication
Collaboration & Leadership
* Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure digital strategy is aligned with business goals
* Lead and mentor a team of strategists, designers, and content creators
* Manage agency and vendor relationships — ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on budget
WHAT YOU BRING
✅ 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising strategy, or brand communications
✅ Strong portfolio of presentations and decks delivered to senior stakeholders or clients
✅ Proven track record running integrated digital and paid media campaigns at scale
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, HubSpot, Figma, and PowerPoint / Google Slides
✅ Exceptional storytelling, data visualization, and presentation design skills
✅ Confident communicator who can hold a room — from internal briefings to client pitches
✅ Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
