🔷 Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Strategy & Growth Specialist based in Pune.
This role is central to strengthening CyberDiplomat’s digital presence, brand positioning, and lead generation effortsacross national and international markets.
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital strategies, managing campaigns, and driving measurable growth across platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing digital growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, and content channels)
- Driving lead generation for training programs, consulting services, and global initiatives
- Developing content strategies including posts, blogs, and campaign narratives
- Analyzing performance metrics and deriving insights to refine campaigns
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment across branding, outreach, and delivery
- Managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution end-to-end

🎯 Core Requirements
- Strong experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, and growth campaigns
- Proven ability to design and execute lead generation and brand-building initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with clarity, structure, and ownership
➕ Preferred
- Experience working with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms (Zoho preferred), analytics tools, and design tools (Canva/Adobe)
- Exposure to cybersecurity, technology, or policy-driven domains
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
