Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Digital Specialist. The Digital Specialist will develop and implement digital strategies, manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze online performance metrics, and oversee digital projects from inception to completion. The role will require effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with IEC's business objectives while driving online visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret digital platform performance
- Expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to drive online engagement and lead generation
- Project Management skills to coordinate and execute digital initiatives effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in the manufacturing or power sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
