We create natural, high-quality food products that help people thrive with nature. As we scale our Australian market, we're looking for a performance-driven ads specialist to fuel our growth.
The Role
We're hiring a Paid Social Media Manager to own and scale our paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Reddit. This is a 100% ads focused role no organic content, no graphic design - just running high-converting campaigns that drive sales.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, create, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and Reddit platforms
- Develop targeted audience strategies to reach health-conscious consumers in Australia
- Continuously test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to optimize performance
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitable ROI
- Track and report on key metrics: ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently to maximize sales growth
- Stay updated on platform changes, new ad features, and e-commerce best practices
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager required, Reddit Ads a plus)
- E-commerce advertising experience - you've directly driven online sales through paid campaigns
- Proven track record of managing campaigns that achieved positive ROAS
- Deep understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical skills - you live in the data and make decisions based on metrics
- Experience with A/B testing ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred:
- Experience advertising food, health, or consumer products
- Knowledge of Australian market and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Google Analytics or similar analytics tools experience
