Winable is hiring Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager for a Delhi based client.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Relevant Experience : 4–7 Years
Location : South Delhi (On-site. 6 days working week)
Our client is looking for a results-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager who can create, plan, execute and scale online presence and lead generation efforts across content, SEO, paid ads and social platforms.
This is not just a posting role — we need a growth-focused marketer who understands both creativity and analytics.
Role Description :
Content Creation & Content Marketing
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Create and supervise blogs, website pages, landing pages and social media content
- Coordinate creatives (graphics, reels, videos, copywriting)
- Build brand voice and storytelling strategy
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms
- Grow engagement, followers and brand awareness
- Execute social campaigns, contests, and launches
- Handle influencer collaborations & community management
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Improve leads, conversions, CPL & ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and landing pages
- Manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Keyword research & search intent strategy
- On-page SEO (blogs, website, landing pages)
- Technical SEO coordination with web team
- Backlink and ranking improvement strategy
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor traffic, leads and funnel performance
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console & ad dashboards
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
Required Skills & Behaviors :
- Strong understanding of SEO + Paid Ads + Social Media + Content Marketing
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics & Search Console
- Ability to understand numbers, conversion funnels & lead generation
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Hands-on, ownership mindset (very important)
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns
- Proven experience managing social media channels for businesses
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior exposure to brand and marketing consultancy is a plus
