Role Description The Digital Skills Expert at Knowledge Wave India will design and deliver engaging training sessions on core digital tools, platforms, and strategies for diverse learner groups. This full-time, on-site role in Guwahati involves creating learning materials, tutorials, and practical exercises that simplify complex digital concepts. The role includes assessing learner needs, conducting pre- and post-training evaluations, and adapting content based on feedback and performance data. The Digital Skills Expert will collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with organizational objectives and emerging digital trends. Day-to-day tasks also include supporting digital adoption projects, guiding participants on real-world use cases, and documenting best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess learner needs, interpret training data, and refine digital learning solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Digital Strategy, including understanding of digital tools, platforms, and workflows that support organizational goals.
- Experience in Project Management to plan, execute, and monitor training programs and digital upskilling initiatives.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and channels to illustrate practical, real-world applications of digital skills.
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or mentoring in digital or technology-related topics.
- Comfort with commonly used productivity, collaboration, and online learning tools (e.g., presentation software, LMS platforms, video conferencing).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Education, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, manage multiple batches or programs, and adapt to varying learner profiles.
