Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Digital Services Professional. The individual will be responsible for implementing and managing digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with client systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting digital tools, addressing client queries, optimizing user experience, and ensuring services align with ATPI’s commitment to innovation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting digital platforms, tools, and software
- Strong understanding of user experience design and digital optimization
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to monitor digital service performance and identify improvements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Experience working in the travel, events, or service industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide exceptional service
