This position involves working as a Sales Telecaller within the pharmaceutical sector. The primary focus is on reaching out to both prospective and existing clients via phone to market and sell diabetes-related pharmaceutical solutions. The role is aimed at meeting sales objectives, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the organization’s business expansion.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Calls: Initiate targeted outbound calls to attract new clients and explore sales prospects within the diabetes care market.
- Product Advocacy: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and competitive strengths of the assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Sales Goals: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets by converting prospects into customers while maintaining strong engagement.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain positive, long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and responsive communication.
- In-Depth Product Understanding: Acquire comprehensive knowledge about the assigned diabetes products, including their mechanisms, applications, and market positioning.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of current industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments to spot opportunities and potential challenges.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to enhance sales performance and execute promotional strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow all applicable industry standards, company procedures, and ethical practices during sales operations.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in science or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Skilled in persuasion and negotiation to influence client decisions effectively.
- Capable of working independently, managing time well, and multitasking effectively.
- Competence in CRM tools and related sales technologies.
- Possess a positive outlook, empathy, and a client-first mindset to foster long-term partnerships.
