Times Network is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to:
Generate digital revenue through branded content, custom brand solutions, display, video, and IP sales across TimesNow.in, ETNow.in and Digit.in.
• Work with NORTH region advertisers and media agencies to create integrated, platform-agnostic solutions leveraging Times Network’s content, audiences and IPs.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure and post-campaign renewals.
Key responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new clients across key categories; grow revenue from existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling digital solutions.
• Translate client briefs into powerful digital brand solutions using native content, videos, sponsorships, content series and network IPs (editorial properties, specials, franchises, events, awards, etc.).
• Package and monetize Times Network IPs and tentpoles (special properties on Times Now, ET Now, Digit, etc.) through sponsorships, integrations and always-on content partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact sales pitches, media plans and integrated proposals aligned to client objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with editorial, content studio, product, marketing and ad-ops teams to design feasible solutions and ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
• Track campaign performance, share reports and insights with clients, and drive optimizations and renewals based on results.
• Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline, accurate forecasting and timely reporting of revenues and market feedback to senior management.
• Stay updated on digital trends, ad-tech, category insights, and competitive activity to sharpen pitches and solutioning.
Required skills and experience
• 5-8 years of experience in digital media sales / brand solutions / IP sales, preferably with publishers, OTTs, or leading digital platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through branded content, sponsorships and integrated media solutions.
• Strong relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers in key sectors (FMCG, BFSI, auto, tech, e-commerce, etc.).
• Ability to understand client marketing objectives and convert them into compelling, insight-led content and IP-led solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read campaign data and optimize for brand KPIs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
