Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Sales Manager located in Pattambi. The Digital Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, build and manage client accounts, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities also include identifying potential leads, growing client portfolios, monitoring trends in digital media, and aligning client needs with tailored digital marketing solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Account Management and Sales, with a proven understanding of customer relationship development.
- Sales Management experience, particularly in creating and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Media and Digital Marketing, including emerging trends and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and solve client challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
