Role Overview We are seeking a proactive ORM Specialist to manage and enhance our brand’s online reputation across digital platforms. The role involves monitoring reviews, engaging with customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive brand image across social media, review sites, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor online reviews, ratings, and mentions across platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs, social media).
- Respond to customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Track sentiment trends and prepare ORM reports for management.
- Develop strategies to improve ratings and strengthen brand perception.
- Support digital campaigns by ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with ORM tools, social listening platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Hospitality/consumer brand experience preferred.
