About the role

Enablement Director is required to join a highly experienced team providing digital experience enablement services to their partners. This is a chance to be part of a growing team delivering real value for our clients. General role requirement: Be the primary interface for our clients running their workstreams. We support those services via Adobe centric base technology, increasingly also engaging with Email & Ad Networks managed centrally by CDP. Ability to spot new services opportunities and support pulling together an initial statements of work/cost estimates (with value return forecasts) for the client to consider. Ability to support and lead aspects of a pitch process for new clients. Ability to lead (with support) strategy sessions for the client on their digital experience strategy and tool selection. Ability to lead/manage junior resources within the company such as a technical specialist working closely with you on client delivery and/or a Junior Client Enablement Lead. Ensure all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements. Ability to provide training support to your clients based on your advanced capabilities/experience of the core tools we use. Your technical skills and experience: A fundamentally strong background working within Digital Analytics and the relevant technology stack (in this case, Adobe ) 5+ years of commercial experience working directly within Adobe Analytics (technical, insight and reporting). You will also need to have a strong background (at least two years) working with the wider AEP stack and understand the relationship between CJA and other tools such as AJO and RTCDP. Being the primary interface for our clients running their workstreams as per 6 core services listed; Adobe technology: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign. 2+ years of experience working within Customer Journey Analytics leading client or internal stakeholder engagements in some capacity. Demonstrable client-facing or stakeholder management experience.
