Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Project Manager who can own end-to-end delivery of web and digital experience projects across design, development, and marketing.
This is NOT a marketing-only role — we need someone who understands web platforms, CMS, UX, and client delivery.
🎯
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of website and digital experience projects
- Manage cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Content, Marketing)
- Work closely with clients & stakeholders for requirement gathering and execution
- Drive project timelines, scope, and quality delivery
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate on UX improvements, conversion optimization, and user journeys
- Manage risks, escalations, and delivery challenges proactively

Must-Have Requirements- 4–6 years experience in digital / web project management
- Strong exposure to:
- Website development / revamp projects
- CMS platforms (WordPress / Shopify / Webflow, etc.)
- Proven experience in:
- End-to-end project ownership
- Client-facing roles & stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience working with:
- Design + Development + Content teams
- Familiarity with:
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Tools like Jira / Asana (or similar)

Good to Have (Strong Advantage)- Experience in agency / consulting environment
- Exposure to UX, user journeys, or conversion optimization
- Knowledge of GA4 / GTM / analytics tools
- Experience in solutioning & requirement gathering
- Exposure to account growth / upsell / cross-sell
