We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who can drive execution across multiple ecommerce brands.You’ll be responsible for making sure campaigns, creatives, and experiments actually get shipped on time, at speed, and with clarity.
What you’ll do
- Manage execution across creative, paid media, copy, and UGC teams
- Ensure weekly deliverables are planned and shipped on time
- Own task management tools (Notion / Asana / Monday) with clear owners & deadlines
- Maintain trackers/sheets for:campaign execution, creative testing and performance learnings
- Keep a 3-4 week pipeline of creatives ready
- Act as the bridge between founders and internal teams
- Identify blockers early and push teams to deliver
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years in D2C, ecommerce, or digital marketing agency
- Strong execution mindset (you’ve shipped work, not just planned it)
- Comfortable with sheets, trackers, and project management tools
- Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously
- Understanding of performance marketing & creative testing
