We are looking for a high-ownership Digital Project Manager to lead delivery across project initiatives. If you’re passionate about leading cross-functional teams, driving Agile execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes — this role is for you.

Loation : Chennai
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery across emerging tech projects
• Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint readiness
• Translate business requirements into actionable execution plans
• Manage stakeholders across clients, product, and engineering teams
• Track risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Build SOPs and improve delivery processes
• Ensure alignment to business KPIs and ROI
• Lead cross-functional teams and enforce accountability
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in IT/Tech project management with overall 9+ years of exp in the IT Industry
• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience working with global/remote teams
Client-Facing Capabilities (For Proposals / Staffing)
• Lead client engagements with clear communication and expectation management
• Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Present project plans, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders
• Drive discovery workshops and solution alignment sessions
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive delivery governance
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for solutioning and estimations
• Represent Propellero Digital in client meetings as a trusted delivery partner
Nice-to-Have
• PMP / Scrum certifications
• Experience with DevOps / CI-CD
• Exposure to GenAI and automation tools
