Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with experience in handling government digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client servicing, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute digital marketing projects for government clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
- Handle account management and client servicing, ensuring client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, and content writers, Social media manager.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
- Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines
- Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and reporting
- Collaborate with performance marketing and strategy teams for campaign execution
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
- Prior experience in handling government projects is mandatory
- Strong experience in account management and client servicing
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, Content)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with government tenders / PSU clients
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools
