Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who can own execution across multiple clients and ensure everything gets delivered on time, every time.
This is not a strategy role — this is about planning, coordination, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
📅 Project Planning & Execution
- Break down the monthly scope into tasks and timelines
- Ensure all deliverables (social media, performance, creatives, etc.) are planned in advance
- Maintain clear execution calendars
🤝 Team Coordination
- Coordinate between:
- Account Managers
- Creative Team
- Performance Team
- SEO / Web teams
- Ensure smooth internal communication and task flow
⏱️ Timeline & Delivery Management
- Track deadlines and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify delays and resolve proactively
- Maintain delivery quality across clients
📊 Task & Workflow Management
- Use tools like ClickUp to manage tasks and workflows
- Ensure all tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed
📌 Scope & Resource Management
- Ensure work stays within the defined scope
- Allocate tasks based on team bandwidth
- Flag overload or gaps early
📈 Reporting & Updates
- Provide internal status updates
- Support Account Managers with delivery updates
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in project management/operations
- Experience in digital marketing/agency environment preferred
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
