Role Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital and AI-powered products across eCommerce, marketing, and sales platforms. This role focuses on building scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive customer experience, adoption, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product roadmap for digital and AI-enabled solutions
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and workflows
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, data, and business teams
- Drive product delivery using agile methodologies
- Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and optimize product features
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tech, or related field
- 5–8+ years in digital product management
- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products and eCommerce platforms
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and experimentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
