Role OverviewWe are looking for a single frontend developer based in India who can design and build high-quality web applications, not just implement tasks.
This role is for someone who:
- Takes ownership of outcomes
- Can work from unclear or evolving requirements
- Cares deeply about UI quality, structure, and user experience
You will be working on platforms for non-profit and mission-driven organizations, where the goal is not just functionality, but meaningful representation of purpose through digital experience.
What You Will Do- Build modern web applications using React / Next.js (App Router)
- Design and implement scalable UI systems (atomic design)
- Create motion-driven interfaces using:
- GSAP (preferred) or Framer Motion
- Develop reusable components using ShadCN + Tailwind CSS
- Define and maintain style systems (spacing, typography, layout consistency)
- Translate product ideas into a clean, structured frontend architecture
Working Style (Important)
We work primarily with organizations in the non-profit and mission-driven space.
While many website structures are similar (navigation, content flow, user journeys), each organization’s mission, voice, and spirit are unique—and the frontend must reflect that.
You will be expected to:
- Translate consistent structural patterns into distinct, mission-aligned experiences
- Build systems that are repeatable in structure, but flexible in expression
- Understand how design, motion, and interaction communicate purpose—not just functionality
- Take direction at a conceptual level and turn it into clear, well-structured implementations
Success in this role means you can balance:
- Consistency (systems, components, structure)
- With uniqueness (brand, tone, mission expression)
We are not building generic websites—we are building platforms that reflect each organization's identity and purpose.
Required Experience
- Strong experience with React and Next.js
- Portfolio with live projects you personally built (required)
- Experience with:
- GSAP or Framer Motion
- Clear understanding of:
- Component architecture
- Atomic design methodology
- Scalable frontend structure
- Ability to work from direction → execution without detailed specs
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality
Nice to Have- AWS experience (Amplify or similar)
- API integrations (REST / GraphQL)
- Basic backend familiarity
