About Epic Slope
Epic Slope Partners is an AI-powered marketing agency working with B2B SaaS and AI-native companies on SEO, GEO, link building, paid ads, Webflow, and product marketing. We've worked with 50+ global brands, including Drivetrain, Nanonets, SurveySparrow, Zenskar, and Clueso.
Our link building practice is built on one belief: high-quality links only. We don't outsource, we don't use pre-built lists, and we don't chase DR for the sake of DR. Every placement is editorial, contextual, and manually vetted. We build links to the pages that actually matter (product pages, buyer's guides, feature pages), not just blog posts.
We're hiring a Link Building Expert to help us scale this approach across our client base. If you've ever rolled your eyes at a "link building agency" pitch that promised 50 DR, 60+ links a month from sites no one's ever heard of, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Own link building campaigns for B2B SaaS clients from strategy to placement. Analyze the client's niche, study their competition, identify gaps, and build a contextual link building plan that maps to their commercial goals.
- Run editorial-first outreach. Pitch journalists, niche publication editors, and SaaS bloggers with content hooks that earn placements — not template emails that get archived.
- Build links to pages that matter. Product pages, buyer's guides, feature pages, blog content. Wherever the conversion or ranking opportunity is, that's where the link goes.
- Maintain a quality bar. Manually vet every prospect, every placement. No PBNs, no forums, no spammy networks. If you wouldn't read it, we don't link from it.
- Work alongside our SEO and content teams. Know what each client is publishing, which keywords they're chasing, and where a backlink would actually move rankings.
- Experiment with HARO, digital PR, broken link building, guest contributions, and whatever else drives editorial wins for the client.
- Track what matters. Links placed, DR/DA improvement, thematic ranking lifts, organic traffic, GEO visibility. Report honestly and double down on what's working.
- Build repeatable workflows so we can scale outreach without losing the personalization that makes it work.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on link building experience (agency, in-house, or freelance). You've personally run outreach campaigns and landed placements you're proud of.
- You can spot the difference between a link that will move rankings and a link that just looks good on a report. You can explain why.
- You write personalized outreach that sounds like a human wrote it, because one did. You can adapt your tone for a SaaS founder, a journalist at a tier-1 publication, and a niche industry blogger in the same week.
- You're fluent in Ahrefs and comfortable with outreach tools like BuzzStream, Hunter, Pitchbox, or equivalents.
- You're organized. You can manage multiple client campaigns in parallel without dropping balls or losing track of follow-ups.
- You can work independently across client accounts but communicate clearly with our SEO, content, and account teams.
- You hate spammy link building. You've turned down or pushed back on tactics that felt off, and you can articulate why white-hat actually wins long term.
Bonus Points
- You've built links for B2B SaaS or technical products specifically.
- You have basic SEO chops (keyword research, SERP analysis, internal linking, on-page).
- You've built custom link-building workflows or automations.
- You've contributed to digital PR campaigns, journalist communities, or industry forums.
- You've worked across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Why Join Us
- Work on real SaaS brands. Drivetrain, Nanonets, SurveySparrow, Zenskar, Clueso, and 50+ others. Your links will move rankings for companies people have actually heard of.
- Work with people who care about craft. We don't ship spammy links to hit a number. If a placement isn't good, it doesn't go out. You'll be backed up when you push back on bad tactics.
- High trust, high autonomy. You own your campaigns end-to-end. No micromanagement, no approval theatre.
- Direct access to the founders and the SEO team. No layers, no middle management.
- Build the playbook. Our link building practice is growing — you'll have real input into how we systematize and scale it.
If you love earning links the hard way and watching rankings climb because of it, we'd love to hear from you.
