What is expected from this role?
Corporate Communications & Media Relations: Own the PeopleSquare narrative across all relevant media. Drive proactive coverage and manage reputational risk with confidence and speed.
Digital Strategy & Content: Lead PeopleSquare’s digital transformation across owned channels, website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and emerging platforms. Drive a content-first approach to thought leadership, SEO, and audience growth. Set the digital agenda and not just execute it.
Events & Industry Presence Conceptualize and execute the firm's events programme, roundtables, summits, webinars, and community forums. Position the firm as the convener of important conversations in its space. Own speaker placement and conference strategy for senior leadership.
Executive & Leadership Profiling Build the personal brand of the Founders and senior leadership team. Oversee ghost-writing, media prep, op-eds, and speaking engagements that raise their profiles as trusted voices in their fields.
Brand, Campaigns & Internal Comms Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Partner with leadership on internal communications that build culture. Manage agency relationships and annual comms planning and budgeting.
Drive brand visibility through strategic placement of organization mentions in public articles and media coverage.
What are we looking for
- 3–7 years in PR / Corporate Communications, in-house or agency
- A strong media network and a sharper editorial instinct
- Proven ability to manage multiple mandates from press to digital to events
- Comfortable building brands and building relationships in equal measure
