Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts. The role requires strong hands-on experience in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and driving measurable business growth for FnB / FMCG brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid channels
- Own KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate
- Manage end-to-end funnel strategies: awareness, acquisition, retargeting & retention
- Work closely with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, GTM
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing
- Mandatory experience in FnB or FMCG brands
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience managing large budgets and high-volume campaigns
- Solid understanding of D2C, retail, or marketplace marketing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
