Role Description The Digital Partnership Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Delhi and mumbai Division. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic digital partnerships with platforms, aggregators, fintechs, insurtechs, and other digital ecosystems. The position involves negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, coordinating with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, technology, compliance, and sales), and ensuring timely execution of joint digital initiatives. The Digital Partnership Lead will oversee end-to-end onboarding and integration processes, monitor performance against agreed KPIs, and optimize campaigns and journeys to drive digital sales and customer engagement. The role also includes tracking market trends, recommending new digital collaboration opportunities, and preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management on partnership performance and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate partnership performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills to influence stakeholders, manage partners, and present ideas clearly in verbal and written form.
- Proven experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to design, execute, and optimize digital partnership initiatives.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple partnership projects within timelines and budgets.
- Experience in managing digital partnerships, alliances, or business development in financial services, insurance, fintech, or a related sector.
- Comfort working with technology teams on integrations, APIs, and digital customer journeys.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, product management) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on outcomes, accountability, and ethical conduct.
