We are a fast-growing digital agency based out of Okhla, New Delhi, looking to hire a passionate and results-driven SEO + Paid media manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for managing both organic and paid search strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for a diverse range of clients across industries, helping them improve visibility across digital platforms, including Google Search and AI GPTs.
Responsibilities
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid optimization, A/B testing, and budget pacing.
- Execute SEO tasks such as on-page/off-page optimization, technical audits, content strategy alignment, and performance tracking using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Analyze campaign data weekly via Google Analytics, generate reports, and collaborate with teams on cross-channel strategies (e.g., integrating SEO with paid efforts).
- Conduct competitor analysis to gain insights into effective media and SEO strategy
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new and existing website code.
- Optimize websites for improved visibility on both traditional search engines and generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, etc.
Skills Required
•2-3 years in paid search (PPC/SEM) and SEO, with hands-on experience in campaign management and proven ROI improvements
•Strong understanding of the paid digital, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
•Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other such platforms.
•Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and Google updates.
•Experience in using website audit tools and implementing actionables.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
•Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
